Industry Elements Backorder Policy

At Industry Elements, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our customers by maintaining an extensive inventory of Network Hardware products. However, in certain situations where product demand exceeds our available inventory, we may offer backorders to address this discrepancy. This can occur due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, unexpected surges in demand, manufacturing delays, or limited production capacity.

By placing a backorder with Industry Elements, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Placing a Backorder

Customers can initiate a backorder by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. Our team will provide an estimated restocking date and will keep customers informed throughout the process.

Payment

Payment for back-ordered items will be fully or partially processed (depending on the Buyer's payment terms with Industry Elements) at the time of placing the backorder. This ensures that the item is reserved for the Buyer and prioritizes their order once the product is back in stock.

Shipping and Delivery

Upon availability, the back-ordered product will be promptly shipped to the Buyer using the selected shipping method. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided to monitor the order's progress.

Order Updates

Regular updates on the status of the back-ordered item, including any changes to the estimated restocking date, will be communicated. If the restocking date significantly changes or if the product is discontinued by the Manufacturer, the Buyer has the option to cancel the backorder without incurring any penalties.

Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that all backorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By placing a backorder, the Buyer agrees to purchase the specified quantity and type of product(s) listed in the backorder. In certain cases, Industry Elements may permit order cancellation if the restocking delay is substantial (exceeding a 10-week delay) and adversely affects the customer's business, subject to the specific terms and conditions of the order.
