All products are shipped Monday to Friday through reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders exceeding $100 qualify for free delivery, typically arriving within 1-6 business days, depending on location. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are determined by factors such as carrier, method, weight, and destination. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. While we strive for same-day shipping, any delays or cancellations will be promptly communicated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Industry Elements proudly offers international shipping, recognizing the importance of promptly delivering IT hardware products worldwide. We adhere to international trade laws and restrictions, refraining from shipping to countries under a U.S. embargo.
Shipping Carriers And Transit Times
Reliable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL are employed to ensure swift and secure deliveries. Estimated transit times range from 7-15 business days for international shipments, contingent on destination and selected shipping method. Customs clearance processes may introduce delays beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs. We advise customers to familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations before placing orders.
Shipping Restrictions and Embargoed Countries
Adhering to U.S. export regulations, Industry Elements does not ship to countries under U.S. trade embargoes or sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. Orders violating these restrictions may be canceled.
ORDER PROCESSING
Efforts are made to process and ship orders promptly. Orders received by 4 PM EST are shipped the same day, while those received after 4 PM EST are processed and shipped the next business day. Any issues with orders will be communicated promptly.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
