GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You have the option to return products purchased from Industry Elements within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by all included manuals, accessories, and items from the initial shipment. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY
If you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of the product’s arrival at +1-862-274-9010 or info@industryelements.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference. Industry Elements will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for returning such items. It is crucial to notify us within the 2-day window upon receiving the product.
FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may be marked as final sale, rendering them ineligible for return. These may include products sold "as-is," completed or ongoing IT services, software and licenses, and consumable items like batteries and ink. Items returned in damaged, unsanitary, or incomplete condition will not qualify for a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITH RMA NUMBER
All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA number, contact us at +1-862-274-9010 or info@industryelements.com. Returns involving opened box items, missing packaging, or accessories may result in a deduction from your refund. If you believe your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of the shipment date.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees will be applied to returned products based on their condition:
- New Condition with Unopened Original Box: 20% – 30% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the box.
- Open Box: 30% – 50% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the product.
- Missing Box: 50% – 70% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the product.
- Used or Damaged Condition: 80% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and taxes will be applied to the refunded amount.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
While the manufacturer warranty may not apply to every product, Industry Elements provides a 1-year warranty for the products we sell.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
All actions and transactions under this Return Policy are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The federal and state courts in Morris County, New Jersey, serve as the exclusive forum for any related actions, with both parties consenting to the jurisdiction.
ATTORNEY’S FEES
In the event of legal action, Industry Elements is entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses, including attorney and accountant fees, associated with enforcing any right under this Return Policy.
